17 May Peroneal Tendinopathy Peroneal Tendinopathy (PT) is one of the most prominent overuse injuries causing the presentation of lateral ankle/foot pain. Anatomically, there are multiple muscles that may be the underlying problem however generally it is found to be more specifically the Peroneus Brevis (due to load distribution).
